life is the present.
Nowadays everyone is living life in past and future more than in present. Everyone is busy in making future more beautiful and in this run they forget to live in present.
Either we are surrounded by memories of past or thoughts of future while life passes and we left with the sadness and sorrow throughout the life. If you observed yourself then you must identify that you used to be sad about what had happened in the past and sometimes worried about what is going to happen in future.
If you are anxious, you are living in future. why we live in future? We desire something today and if we are not able to achieve it or not satisfied with it than we plan for future to achieve it. And when we plan more for future we introduce more struggles in present. So dream about future but don't be anxious for that.
If you are depressed you are living in the past. you are always thinking about the things that happened in past and that's make you sad in two ways. First they were sad moments and yet you are not over it. Second they were so great moment that your present is not so well. But if you observe than you will realize that either ways you are gonna be sad by thinking about past so learn from it and then forget it.
If you are at peace, you are living in the present. So it is good to leave in present with the experience of past and dream of future.
